Once again, sport & joy has united us all as one!󰚗✨ Fortunately, we always had it from the annual AAJI Sportainment event, program associated by Asuransi Jiwa Indonesia that aims to maintain a good relationship between insurance employees and reinsurance AAJI members. The good news is, out of 11 categories that we participated, AIA has managed to bring 3 wins at AAJI Sportainment 2024! Congratulations again to all the winners. Mindfulness is all about being present without judgement in every moment. In a month of mindfulness, we want #TimBahagiAIA to be more aware of taking care of their wellbeing, which is not only their mental wellbeing, but also their physical and financial wellbeing. This is also to implement Wellbeing@AIA, which aims to Live Well, Feel Well, Plan Well and Think Well. To implement this, we have been running activities throughout October to celebrate Month of Mindfulness, starting with Fit Friday On The Move (chair yoga), Movie Day (every week in October), Financial Talk and Me@AIA Workshop. We believe that mindfulness would be better when we do it together. We hope to keep this activities going to continue to support #TimBahagiAIA wellbeing in the future. #BelieveInBetter #RethinkHealthy
