However, the basic purpose was forfeited As a loyal customer, I believe it is essential for companies to not only correct such lapses but also take proactive steps to ensure transparency and fairness for all users. Offering a temporary remedy without rectifying the underlying system flaw erodes trust and raises concerns about accountability. I urge OlaConsumer, Ola Cabs Support and Bhavish Aggarwal to prioritize addressing these issues in their system and improve the overall customer experience.
