Maybe you really are trying to point out individual pinecones, grains of sand, or molecules - who am I to judge? But it helps to know how big "1" is before you start dividing it by 10, 1000, or 1000000000 . Here's a little map/graphic to show just how long one degree of longitude is, and a bit on why degrees of latitude and longitude are usually different lengths.
