With elections approaching, it’s important to remember that California employers are required by law to post a Time Off to Vote notice at least 10 days before a statewide election. ✅ Employees are allowed up to 2 hours of paid time off to vote if they don’t have sufficient time outside of working hours.Ensure you’re compliant by posting a Time off To Vote notification in a visible area.
