Types of subluxation and dislocation of LHB. Modified Habermeyer system incorporates 6 patterns of LHB instability.  Type 1 – Minor subluxation, PTT subscap only Type 2 – Slightly greater subluxation, SGHL tear only Type 3 - Extra-articular dislocation, PTT of subscap and SGHL tear Type 4 - Extra-articular dislocation anterior to an intact subscap, CHL tear  Type 5 - Intra-articular dislocation, FTT of subscap, CHL and SGHL tears.  Type 6 - Intra-articular dislocation, FTT of subscap and SGHL tears. Associated thickening and abnormal signal of the overlying patellae tendon. Picture of #Osgood_schlatter_disease 2.
