I always love seeing Stay in our friends’ techstacks, but today wanted to shout out one of MY favorites from the Stay techstack - Gong I’m #notasponsored but if they want to throw me a few extra seats I'm here for it. Besides allowing us to record and transcribe sales conversations for training and pulling call notes, Gong allows us to pull the exact 2-3 minute snippets from a call where we talked about a specific feature or a specific ask that a potential client has so that we can either send those snippets directly back to the client or forward them to our team to follow up on. This is HUGE for our sales team and CSMs. On days when our AEs are running on back-to-back calls or if a few weeks have passed between conversations, Gong has been perfect for giving a quick refresher on call follow-up todos or picking up the conversation where we left off without scrambling to remember what went where etc. It's also super nice if I'm joining an in-progress sales cycle so I can get up to speed on what convos have already happened. LMK if there's anything else in your techstack you never want to live without.
