Meet the most efficient tech seller in the world, currently stationed in Barcelona. Last week, she achieved a stellar call-to-meeting conversion rate of 26.1%. She's generating an impressive 2.37 meetings for every hour spent on calls and averages about 10 conversations per hour. Her secret? A robust integration of Salesloft and ConnectAndSell, Inc. Despite the long sales cycle of 6-12 months, her average initial order stands at approximately $119k USD. Importantly, her rapid pace hasn't compromised the quality of her work—a common misconception among industry pundits. In high-stakes sectors like deep tech and tech infrastructure, where costs are substantial, velocity is not just beneficial; it's essential for building profitable pipeline. Last week, with just two hours of effort, she created millions of dollars in early-stage opportunities. And she’s not alone—she leads a team of 14, nearly all of whom are reaching similar heights of efficiency. This level of performance is reshaping market dynamics, signalling a shift towards dominance for those who adopt this approach. Curious about how this could transform your business? Send me a direct message to learn more.

My team and investors might hate me for sharing this publicly, but we’re about to take down our biggest competitor. It’s not another B2B SaaS company though. It’s something much worse… the fear of enablement and adoption. Companies don’t want to invest in tools that gather dust. Plus, implementing a tool often costs 2-4x more than the product's sticker price in internal time and effort to get it used. What’s the point of a great product if no one uses it? That’s why our biggest update is all about making go-to-network easier than ever. That’s why I’m in-person in Prague with our engineering team for 3 weeks. Instead of hunting for your next warm deal, Commsor 🦕 will bring it to you — recommending your next prospect and exactly how to get to them through your network. It’s like having a little GTN assistant working behind the scenes so you can focus on closing deals, not chasing meetings. Because at the end of the day, why go cold if you could go warm? Stay tuned. (and DM me if you want a sneak peek or fun facts about dinos 🦕)

🚀 Embracing the Land and Expand Strategy 🌟 In the tech industry, the Land and Expand sales strategy is a game-changer. It starts with landing a small deal and gradually expanding your reach within the same client. For Sellers: Land: Build trust with a new customer through entry-level products or services. Expand: Upsell features, upgrades, and complementary products over time. Challenges: ⚠️ Resource-intensive approach ⚠️ Slower initial sales cycle ⚠️ Risk of competitors during incremental growth Balancing resources and strategy is crucial for maximum impact. 💡 For Buyers: Mitigate risks by starting with small investments. Assess the seller's performance and compatibility, and find long-term partners who understand your business and drive innovation. While Land and Expand can lead to higher lifetime customer value, be mindful of future integrations and the importance of continuous innovation. 🛠️ This strategy is all about building lasting relationships that foster mutual growth and success. Let's embrace it and transform our businesses for the better! 🌐 Read the full article here: https://bit.ly/44ObU64 . #LandAndExpand #SalesStrategy #BusinessGrowth #TechSales #CustomerSuccess

DE-RISKING SCALE-UP CAPTIAL: Redefining Go-to-Market Strategies for B2B Tech Ventures Venture start-up / early stage growth is typically co-founder-lead and maybe supported by 1 senior sales talent. But what is the playbook when there is an injection of scale-up capital to accelerate growth? In today's complex #B2B sales environment, I have personally learned the hard costly lessons. The knee-jerk reaction to rely on traditional methods to drive revenue velocity, like rapidly increasing the number of feet on the street, hiring inside sales, cold calling, generic emailing, and classic lead generation do not work. The fail to deliver the desired results. Engaging key stakeholders within complex buyer committee in large enterprise clients has become a significant challenge, often hindering deal closures. This is especially the case when selling a new category, around an emerging technology, from no-name company brand, and from unfamiliar person. And yet to continue to rely solely the co-founders with a “rainmaker” dependency is unscalable – unless something is changed in the #GTM design. As it is my mission to make positive impact at scale, to speed the market adoption of innovative solutions to some of the world’s biggest challenge (i.e. Climate Change) I searched for an alternative. And then I found this one: Deal Orchestration Enablement. This approach is designed to scale rainmaker lead sales talents, deploy resources in a smart way, with cost-effective precision, to maximize impact at scale. Do you want to know more: Let’s talk. This is the difference between you and the people that are posting about cool tools. I see a lot of cool posts about people having a super sophisticated tech stack for, let’s say, outreaches. But those tech stacks are not for you. Totally dig what the guys from ColdIQ are doing, for instance. But there is a difference between what you are doing and what they are. Because they run an outreach agency. It is their job to do this and they use tech to speed up and enhance their work. Tech literally is the only way to even be doing what they are Those tech stacks are not for you. Companies with a sophisticated tech stack have broken down a part of the process and have tools for every single thing. They do that to get the best in the market for that specific task. But if you’re not there yet, you need to focus on getting some tech to work for you. Not trying to build a masterpiece in one run. Rome wasn't build in one day, dear sales friend. P.S. For the ones curious about how tech can help their organisation: we have a kickstart that helps you uncover that. 2 sessions and a roadmap tailored for you. DM me if you'd like to know more.
