What’s driving me up the wall is the sheer saturation of IT and tech companies in my area. It feels like every corner I turn, there's another business looking for talent. You’d think that would create opportunities, right? But here’s the kicker: my resume isn’t exactly sparkling. While I’ve got a solid amount of experience at a big tech corporation, it feels like that doesn’t count for much unless I’ve checked off every box on the wish list—such as having a master’s degree or being related to someone in power. 😒 I mean, I can’t even get a sniff for basic help desk roles anymore! Question: Computer Technician roles/PC Support Tech Roles are all the same thing right? Is there such a job search term specifically for it? I feel like these "Computer Engineering" roles basically compile all into one category.
