If you want different results, you must consider this: 1) What does your leadership team need to STOP doing? 2) What does your leadership team need to START doing? 3) What does your leadership team need to KEEP doing?

You and your fellow leaders are the ones who embody your Core Values, drive the vision, and foster a culture of accountability for your entire company. Buckle up; this is not your average leadership lecture. https://lnkd.in/gtBErtWe

When it comes to leadership, it’s important to remember that it isn’t “one size fits all.” Some companies rely on a more hands-on, managerial approach while others benefit from their leaders taking a step back. Thankfully, one sign of a good leader is an ability to anticipate the needs of their team members and companies as a whole.
