The atmosphere in the stadium was electric, filled with passion and excitement that truly showcases the love for the beautiful game. However, it's important to address an unfortunate event that took place during the match. A banner displayed by a small group of Brøndby supporters promoting violence against FCK is not what football is about. Football has the power to unite communities, inspire young talents, and bring out the best in sportsmanship. It's a platform where we celebrate skill, strategy, and the sheer joy of the game. When a few individuals try to use this platform to create division and incite violence, they undermine the very essence of what football stands for. As fans, as communities, and as stakeholders in this sport, it's our responsibility to stand together and say no to violence and division. Let's support our teams with pride and passion, but always with respect for our opponents and the sport itself. Together, we can ensure that football remains a force for good, a source of joy, and a beacon of unity. Displaying their finest performance to date, each player demonstrated remarkable improvement since their initial games, showcasing the true spirit of sportsmanship and teamwork. Despite the challenge of being three separate teams that only unite on game days, these young stars have transcended boundaries to form lasting partnerships and friendships. Their dedication and camaraderie were evident from the very first puck drop to the final whistle, a testament to their growing synergy and mutual support. Adding an exciting twist to the day, we equipped our players with GoPros, capturing the action from their unique perspectives. The footage promises to offer an intimate glimpse into the game, allowing us to relive the moments through the eyes of our players. A heartfelt thank you goes out to all the parents who have been the backbone of this journey, ensuring their children could participate and thrive. Your commitment has not only made these game days possible but has also contributed to the nurturing environment that allows our sport to flourish. Discovering Our Roots! 🖥️🏀 At Scoutbasketball, we have spent years supporting basketball professionals across the globe. However, not everyone is familiar with the story behind our journey. Today, we are proud to share the origins of our platform and its evolution. What better way to begin than by recounting the story of Ramon Carbonell Marcos, our founder and the visionary behind Scoutbasketball? Scoutbasketball emerged from an idea that fundamentally shaped Ramon’s life and marked the start of an extraordinary endeavor. While working for Lucentum Alicante, Ramon was entrusted with identifying players capable of training with the first team and competing in affiliate leagues. At the time, no dedicated tools existed to facilitate this task, so Ramon relied on manual scouting, meticulously compiling information league by league into a basic Excel sheet. However, as the volume of data grew, managing and updating it became increasingly cumbersome. Recognizing the need for a more efficient solution, Ramon envisioned a transformative system for organizing and filtering player information. This vision became the seed of Scoutbasketball, leading Ramon to seek a partner who shared his passion and drive. This collaboration with Ricardo Molina laid the groundwork for the platform as we know it today. What began as a rudimentary system evolved into a sophisticated platform through the dedication and ingenuity of its creators. Ramon and Ricardo refined the software’s capabilities, introducing advanced filtering systems and automated statistical processes to enhance efficiency. The input and feedback from coaches around the world played an important role in shaping the platform, allowing it to grow into a dynamic and indispensable tool. Today, Scoutbasketball is recognized as one of the premier scouting databases, supporting basketball professionals at every level globally. Ramon’s personal journey ended with Scoutbasketball. His tireless work and deep expertise in scouting led to a consultancy role with the Oklahoma City Thunder nearly five years ago. He subsequently joined the franchise full-time as an Evaluation Scout / Next Generation, achieving his lifelong dream of working in the NBA!
