Ready to become a pioneer? The time is now. After the British cosmetic company Faith In Nature in 2022, it is the turn of Norsys, a French digital service company, to give a chair to Nature on its board of directors. 🌱 How does it work? Nature represented by a human ambassador extern to the company has voting rights and is consulted on the environmental impact of projects. High five and congratulation to you Frantz Gault for this prestigious position! 🌱 Why to have Nature on the board? Because everything we do is dependent and intimately linked to Nature. Nothing is possible without Nature, whatever the activity of a company. Meet Gabriele H., who has been shaping the company's success story for over two decades! 💚 Since 1996 Gabriele has been a proud member of the Kneipp team, holding various positions from team lead in the bath salt department to her current position as interim overall lead of packaging. What she highly values about Kneipp as an employer is the support and recognition for her achievements. 🚀 💚 One of her proudest projects: she built the bath salt department from scratch and formed it into a strong team. Just one of many reasons why she loves our bath salts so much. 😉 💚 Gabriele's contribution to Kneipp's success: She ensures that quality remains a top priority despite the constant hurdles and masters the ongoing changes and challenges in packaging development. 💚 Some days, Gabriele and her team have to be really creative to meet all the requirements. The drive of constant learning keeps her motivated – development is totally her thing! 💚 Truly impressive in Gabriele’s opinion? The technology in the production area, especially the robot that effortlessly places tubes in cartons and labels glass bottles! Fun fact: She used to like leaving the door open to listen to the rhythmic sound of labeling – a small moment of fascination amidst the everyday work.
