Spread the holiday cheer with scented holiday cards! Handwritten wishes add a personal touch, and with a simple method, you can infuse your cards with lovely aromas. Supplies: - Cotton balls - Medium paper bag - Holiday cards or cardstock - Your favorite essential oils (recommendations: Siberian Fir, Douglas Fir, Frankincense, Wild Orange, Cinnamon Bark, Cassia, or Holiday Joy) Instructions: 1. Add 2-4 drops of your chosen essential oil to each cotton ball (one oil per ball). 2. Place the cotton balls in the paper bag with your cards. 3. Seal the bag and let it sit overnight. 4. The next day, write your heartfelt messages on the cards, seal them in envelopes, and send them off to loved ones! This quick trick will let your friends and family enjoy the scents of the season along with your thoughtful wishes!

Less Stress December – Day 22 Take a moment to engage your senses today. Pause and notice five things around you. Something you can see, hear, touch, smell, and taste. This simple grounding exercise brings you back to the present. When I’m feeling scattered, engaging my senses brings instant calm. I might touch a soft scarf, smell my tea and listen to sounds in the vicinity. Noticing the people around me or objects higher up.
