Life can be messy especially for divorced senior manager mums in the food industry: everything falls into your shoulders. And the load is heavy: doubling the efforts at work and at home to prove to everybody and yourself, that you can do it. And yes, you can do it alone. However, the cost is high. On your health and on your relationships. Maybe you can try to be ok with just 80% in some areas? Maybe the Christmas decorations do not have to be up on 1st December? Maybe you can have food delivered, maybe you can have a day off just for yourself? The important thing is to keep your energy up so that you can live your life as you want to.

Spread the holiday cheer with scented holiday cards! Handwritten wishes add a personal touch, and with a simple method, you can infuse your cards with lovely aromas. Supplies: - Cotton balls - Medium paper bag - Holiday cards or cardstock - Your favorite essential oils (recommendations: Siberian Fir, Douglas Fir, Frankincense, Wild Orange, Cinnamon Bark, Cassia, or Holiday Joy) Instructions: 1. Add 2-4 drops of your chosen essential oil to each cotton ball (one oil per ball). 2. Place the cotton balls in the paper bag with your cards. 3. Seal the bag and let it sit overnight. 4. The next day, write your heartfelt messages on the cards, seal them in envelopes, and send them off to loved ones! This quick trick will let your friends and family enjoy the scents of the season along with your thoughtful wishes!
