Day 5! Honestly this challenge has gone by so fast. Does anyone else feel the same? I noticed mindfulness helps me stay on track. Here are a few things to consider about mindfully eating (AKA eating with intention, recognizing hunger cues, when you're full and not eating while typing out emails, working and trying to fold laundry, am I right?)
