Day 5! Honestly this challenge has gone by so fast. Does anyone else feel the same? I noticed mindfulness helps me stay on track. Here are a few things to consider about mindfully eating (AKA eating with intention, recognizing hunger cues, when you're full and not eating while typing out emails, working and trying to fold laundry, am I right?) If you're interested in practicing mindful eating here are some things to consider. - -How does being fully present while eating affect your experience and satisfaction with food? -How do you listen to your body? -Are you noticing the flavor, texture and meal or rushing through? -How can mindfulness help you recognize and resist unnecessary sugar cravings?
