It's a common feeling. Doubting the extent of our capabilities, intellect, or belonging. Despite this feeling, I do what I need to so it doesn't hold me back. But what's more powerful is when you have those self-doubts invalidated by others who see your potential, strengths, and impact. Confidence doesn't equal competence #DunningKrugerEffect Our self-perception is riddled with personal bias. Understanding how we're #seen by others can help give us a reality check and overcome Imposter Syndrome. Looking forward to diving into this conversation.

#Kakahiaka Innovators, Inventors & AlohaPreneurs, It’s Hoʻomaikaʻi (thankful) Thursday, what might you be thankful for today? Thankful to talk story with #NickMcGinnis Zac Brown 🏳️🌈 Alberto Carrazco & Stacie Levao sharing coffee and laughter is free medicine. At the core of the conversation was the importance of identifying your Hoa Hana (Team Growth Partner) and the comedy of applying technology to understand our native languages in real-time. #AlohaĀina #Hoohana #Pono Building a Resilient Team: Lessons from Trees & Business Growth 🌳 In The Hidden Life of Trees, Peter Wohlleben reveals how trees form interconnected communities, sharing resources to support each other’s growth. What if we applied this same idea to team development through each phase of business? 6 Phases of Team Growth & Wellness Coaching 🌱 Pre-Seed Phase (Ideation & Validation). Like young saplings, founder teams must establish strong roots in shared values. Open communication and resource-sharing create the foundation needed to validate ideas and grow together. 🌞 Seed Phase (Product-Market Fit). Now comes the time to thrive in the ecosystem, just as trees find their place in the forest. Focusing on customer feedback and adaptability strengthens the team, helping the product find its true fit. 💸 Series A Phase (Revenue Growth). As the canopy rises, trees compete for sunlight. Teams can support each other through professional development, fostering collaboration that drives profitability. 📈 Series B Phase (Scaling). Scaling is all about expanding reach, like a tree’s widening canopy. Building strong systems and support ensures every team member has what they need to grow sustainably within a fast-scaling environment. 🏆 Maturity Phase (Series C & Beyond). In full bloom, trees provide stability for their ecosystem. Here, team wellness thrives through recognition, shared purpose, and long-term growth. 🔄 Secondary Market Phase. Just as trees recycle resources, teams can honor their legacy by retaining knowledge and encouraging mentorship, ensuring stability even as shares are sold by early investors, founders, or employees to realize gains. In every phase, teams grow strongest by supporting one another—much like a community of trees. 🌿 How is your team cultivating a supportive “workplace” to learn together through each phase of growth? Aloha Va Mana, Kahuna Loeka W. 🟢🔴 #TeamGrowth #BusinessDevelopment #Innovation #Leadership #Scaling #TeamWellness #BusinessPhases #TeamSuccess #GrowthMindset #BusinessPhases #LeadershipDevelopment #ScalingUp #TeamWellness #InnovationJourney #CommunityBuilding #ResilientTeams #SupportiveCulture #LinkedInCommunity

A confession: I was nervous to approach them at the conference. 😬 😬 Last year at National Association for Temple Administration Conference they had valid criticisms about our software. Valid concerns about features. Valid frustrations about functionality. The yearning to do more to meet their members where they’re at. Today? They are leading the charge for increasing engagement in their synagogue. Here's what I learned: - Sometimes "good enough" becomes "just right" with time - The strongest champions often start as the biggest critics - Real transformation happens when you listen to feedback To every synagogue professional who's pushed us to be better: Thank you. Your feedback shapes ShulCloud’s future. Your criticisms make us stronger. Your success stories make it all worth it. #SynagogueSuccess #Growth #CommunityFeedback
