What does it take to grow a successful business? Especially in the hybrid world we live in now? What have your most successful strategies been over the last 12 months? Have they surprised you? Or were you confident before you tried them? For me, the most powerful, and the most scaleable began very small, like a seed growing inside me, that I began to nurture, and care for, just talking about it with those I suspected might just feel the same way I did. And as I watered and fed that seed, testing it in a small way, it began to let its roots grow deeper, and it started to open its leaves in the sunshine, reaching taller and becoming strong. Today, there are many more seeds growing within the garden I called Succeed from The Start, and I am grateful for each and every one of them; grateful for their trust in me, their belief in themselves, and their desire to be nurtured, and to nurture others in their turn. Being in the right Community is a powerfully enriching experience, and it seems to me, that by sharing resources, ideas, experience, and encouragement, we are placing ourselves within one of the most successful strategies for growth that I know.
