Did you know the number 1 reason people don't donate is they're not asked? Well, we're asking...but timing is everything. A generous donor put up $1,000 to match your donations of $50 or more to one of the many great organizations participating in Earth Gives Day. This initiative is working to boost giving to #climate #climatejustice and #environmental nonprofits. Only 2% of all generosity goes to climate work. We need to change that to protect one another, our families and our futures. So at 3pm EST; noon PST - matches will be made at EarthGives🌎org. $50 matches, yet you don't need to end it there. You can spread your generosity to many organizations AND you can add bonus dollars through the "green them all" button at checkout. At Ride For Freedom, we're on a mission to advocate for the most pressing issues of our time: the link between climate change and modern slavery. Environmental issues are important to me. Let's leave climate change out of it... let's talk about deforestation, pollution (the black smoke coming out of trucks, etc.) and too much trash.
