More of this please - Increasingly post-covid we need to be looking at existing building stock and converting single-use, underused office buildings into more sustainable, mixed-use buildings which help create more vibrant neighbourhoods. Perhaps not like Canary Wharf but certainly plenty of underused, semi-redundant buildings in Belfast and Dublin!

Buildings renovated between 2014-2018 initially thrived but suffered higher occupancy losses during the pandemic. 4. Tenants now prefer new, customized office spaces and often reduce their footprints, challenging renovated buildings. 5. Recent renovations struggle to maintain occupancy without rent flexibility, facing similar issues as older buildings.
