Global Holdings Group has acquired 10 Great Pulteney Street in Soho from fashion retailer Boohoo for £49.5m. The building, which was built in the 1960s and has been remodelled and reconfigured over time, will be managed by Global Holdings Management Group.

Indurent has secured planning consent for circa 385,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics space across two units in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire.

The Crown Estate has named Ric Lewis, founder of Tristan Capital Partners, as the next chair of the company. Subject to pre-appointment scrutiny by the Treasury Select Committee, Lewis will succeed Sir Robin Budenberg CBE, who has been chair of The Crown Estate since August 2016.

Landsec has agreed a deal with cinema chain Vue to take over two sites currently operated by Cineworld.

Norwich City Council has acquired Anglia Square Shopping Centre in Norwich from Columbia Threadneedle Investments EMEA APAC for an undisclosed price. The funding for the purchase of the centre was provided by Homes England.

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets has signed a pre-construction services agreement with Countryside Partnerships for the regeneration of Harriott, Apsley and Pattison House in Tower Hamlets.
