Hello, folks, Check this out! I recently came upon some incredible statistics about McKinsey alumni and unicorns. By 2023, more than 80 former McKinsey employees had established unicorns in 20 countries. Total value? A hefty $335 billion. And that's before we even get to the 2024 numbers. It got me thinking: what is it about consulting that seems to prepare people for startup success? As a human living with Aspergers (Autism Spectrum Disorder), it makes no logical sense to me that it is acceptable for McKinsey to call a human like me a "Unicorn"🦄 .
