“Form 10-K Risk Factors section includes information about significant risks that the company faces, generally listed in order of importance.“—Investopedia There is a significant lack of creative, innovative, adaptable, leadership, and innovation minds in the Fortune 1000 and it poses a significant risk to their operations: “Failure to innovate and adapt to changing consumer preferences could impact our competitive position.” Company: Walmart “Failure to keep pace with technological advancements could harm our business and competitive position.” Company: Amazon “Failure to anticipate and respond to emerging technologies or changes in consumer preferences could negatively impact our financial condition” Company: Apple “Failure to maintain an effective leadership team could hinder our ability to execute business strategies.” Company: Microsoft “The company’s success relies on identifying and developing key talent to lead the organization” Company: J.P. Morgan “The company’s success depends on attracting and retaining key scientific, technical, and management personnel” Company: Johnson & Johnson “Failure to develop and introduce new products or enhance existing products could harm our competitive position and financial results” Company: Tesla “ Failure to successfully innovate or predict, identify, and interpret changes in consumer preferences could negatively impact sales and market share” Company: PepsiCo “Failure to innovate and prioritize long-term user engagement over short-term financial results could adversely affect our ability to compete effectively” Company: Salesforce “Failure to effectively manage growth and innovate could result in users switching to competitors’ services” Company: Snap Inc. What I appreciate most about CEOs at the top end of the market is their willingness to admit intellectual communism doesn’t exist. The honesty in their assessment of the gaps in their organizations is one part integrity, one part SEC requirement.

"The story of practically every great fortune starts with the day when a creator of ideas and a seller of ideas got together and worked in harmony"--Napoleon Hill, Think and Grow Rich It took me one conversation with Femi Palmer to realize that I had finally found the Paul Allen (seller) to my Bill Gates (creator). I spent an hour going over the frameworks, operations, strategies, and unique value propositions of each of the business units within The Turing Forge, a CCV Inc. Company. Femi, an Economics graduate of The University of Pennsylvania, former Bain & Company associate consultant, with analyst internships at Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley who is building a revolutionary venture accelerator, Mobius Ventures. Recognized that I am building a replica of every Fortune 1000 company I have worked in and consulted with over the last 2 decades. "98% of startups fail within their first 5 years"--Medium What I have recognized after studying the Form 10-Ks of hundreds companies in the Fortune 1000, is that there is a significant opportunity in building a business architecture to solve the specific problems of Fortune 1000 companies: "A Form 10-K is an annual report required by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), that gives a comprehensive summary of a company's financial performance. The 10-K includes information such as company history, organizational structure, executive compensation, equity, subsidiaries, and audited financial statements, among other information. ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE, forgive the caps lock emphasis on the gold mine contained in 10-Ks and 10-Qs because there is another gold mine contained in the mandatory filing requirements of the largest most successful companies: "Risk Factors includes information about the most significant risks that apply to the company or to its securities. Companies generally list the risk factors in order of their importance. In practice, this section focuses on the risks themselves, not how the company addresses those risks. Some risks may be true for the entire economy, some may apply only to the company’s industry sector or geographic region, and some may be unique to the company. Amazingly, the largest companies in the world legally cannot hide the problems and risks they face in executing their strategies that they believe will allow for them to achieve the financial results analysts project for their companies: "The Company relies on access to third-party intellectual property, which may not be available to the Company on commercially reasonable terms or at all." "The Company’s future performance depends in part on support from third-party software developers." "Investment in new business strategies and acquisitions could disrupt the Company’s ongoing business, present risks not originally contemplated and materially adversely affect the Company’s business, reputation, results of operations and financial condition." The Company: Apple
