📢 We’re hosting an online workshop on supporting unpaid carers and the Carer’s Leave Act. 📅 26 June 2024, 2pm to 3pm. This event is for employers of registered adult social care workers, including Responsible Individuals and registered managers. It's an opportunity to: ▪️ start a conversation about caring, whether this is about your own caring situation or that of the colleagues you’re managing ▪️ understand the Carer’s Leave Act and legislation that will support unpaid carers in the workplace ▪️ explore workplace and external support options that can help ▪️ reach out to others in your team who might not realise that they’re an unpaid carer.
