A week ago today, we started our annual seminar but everything didn’t go according to plan! Every year in November, (R)évolution Inclusive organises their annual meeting where we all meet in the flesh (or try to) and sit together to learn together, think together, cry and laugh together, eat and do some planning and strategy work! This year, we went to Normandy again (hello Les Briques 👋) and it was great to know our surroundings and get straight to business after a much-needed catch-up lunch. The agenda was full but flexible to cater for fatigue, sensory overload, tiredness etc. Results: ✅The sessions were high energy and quite intense ✅Nothing compares to spending time together in a cosy place to nurture relationships and spark creativity ✅We came out with a strong strategy for 2025 and a clear vision on where we want to be this time next year ❌ Our objectives were slightly overambitious ❌ We dealt with sensitive topics and emotions ran high at times ❌ Although next year feels exciting, some changes are necessary For a sneak peak behind the scenes, check out the carousel below! #RevolutionInclusive #InclusiveCommunication #InclusiveLanguage
