Block out the negative and noise. Stop the comparing. Stop the should have and could have, it doesn’t matter. Stop shaming the person in the mirror for not being perfect. Has that method actually worked for you yet? Take that wasted, unproductive energy and give it purpose and direction. Forward motion. Start encouraging that person in the mirror. Start supporting your body and your mind with positivity. Start coming from a place of gratitude and healing. You cannot skip this part.🖤

TENDER TRUST BELOVED BODY Use your will and intention to ground yourself. Now is the time to befriend your body and trust that it knows how to release that which you no longer need, including negative or traumatic memories from the past. You can support your body through the physical practices and activities – including rest – that feel right for you. If you find it hard to sense of joy, vitality or pleasure, then you are guided to lovingly but firmly guide yourself away from ‘living in your head’ and into a more embodied existence. Dance, move, eat, meditate, sleep and breathe with gratitude for your life. To bring the body to consciousness is an act of enormous courage. As you pay attention to your feelings, there will be unavoidable pain that surfaces. Do not fear this. It will pass and then you will discover deeper layers of peace, bliss and awakened presence that allows you to sense the radiance in all of Life. The oracle predicts life-changing soul healing. Embrace your being on all levels. Allow your soul to thrive.

When someone triggers or offends you, it’s easy to get swept up in the emotions and react instantly. But instead of letting their words or actions control you, take a deep breath, pause, and shift your focus inward. Your greatest gift to yourself is inner peace.
