Block out the negative and noise. Stop the comparing. Stop the should have and could have, it doesn’t matter. Stop shaming the person in the mirror for not being perfect. Has that method actually worked for you yet? Take that wasted, unproductive energy and give it purpose and direction. Forward motion. Start encouraging that person in the mirror. Start supporting your body and your mind with positivity. Start coming from a place of gratitude and healing. You cannot skip this part.🖤

You can’t become Uma Thurman from Kill Bill, but you can master the art of silent breathing like a Samurai. It’s not just about stealth and power, but inner peace and unwavering focus. Breathe silently, move gracefully, conquer endlessly. 🧘♂️ The breath is something you can always come back to. It’s an invisible tool. Allow it to reenergize you when you feel sluggish. Allow it to reduce stress and anxiety. Allow it to stabilize your hormones. Allow it to center you before a tough call. It will teach you to speak your truth even if your voice shakes. This is a friendly reminder to check in with your breath today.

Here’s why… That sense of self, that "I am" – that's your ego, and it's crucial for things like self-defence, self-promotion, and believing in yourself. The problem? An unchecked ego turns into...well, you know, an arsehole. But the key isn't to banish it – it's about finding balance with empathy. Think of it like this: a huge ego with no empathy creates an arrogant know-it-all. On the flip side, someone with all empathy and no ego becomes a pushover. The sweet spot? Balance. A healthy ego lets you stand strong for your values and beliefs, but empathy allows you to see things from others' perspectives and build genuine connections. Stop vilifying the ego, and stop trying to erase it completely. Embrace it, but nurture your empathy alongside it. You'll be surprised at the kind of well rounded, confident, and compassionate person you can become. If you’re ready to embrace more balance in your life, direct message me and let’s start you healing journey 🧡

“You will continue to suffer if you have an emotional reaction to everything that is said to you.” These words speak to a deeper truth about the nature of strength and personal freedom. When we let every comment, criticism, or challenge dictate our mood or actions, we hand over our power to others. We become reactive, constantly swayed by the opinions and judgments of the world around us. This kind of living is not only exhausting but also a barrier to genuine peace. True power, however, lies in stillness—in the ability to pause, breathe, and choose your response rather than being controlled by knee-jerk emotions. It’s about observing with clarity, using logic to understand a situation, and deciding what is truly worth your energy. It’s not about suppressing your feelings, but about mastering them. It’s recognizing that not every battle deserves a reaction, and not every comment deserves a response. Restraint is not weakness; it’s wisdom. It’s the recognition that silence can often be the loudest form of power, that a calm mind can see clearer than an agitated one. When you learn to control your response, you reclaim your freedom. You choose how to direct your energy and focus. You create a shield that protects your peace, not by shutting the world out, but by deciding what you let in. So, the next time words threaten to rattle your calm, remember: Breathe. Let it pass. Ask yourself, Is this worth my peace? In that moment, you realize that true strength is not found in fighting every battle, but in choosing which ones are worthy of your time and energy. It is in letting the noise pass without allowing it to disrupt the deeper stillness within you. True power is not in the reaction; it’s in the choice to rise above. #emotionalresilience #giftoflife #beautifuljourney #EverydayIsAMiracle #attitudeofgratitude

Sometimes life is ridiculous. The skillful response isn't outrage. It's laughter. An ironic perspective empowers you by combining the child’s playfulness with the parent’s wisdom. Are you dumbstruck by the stupidity of a situation? Frozen in incomprehension as to how this (insert unacceptable scenario) is allowed to happen? Start with a chuckle. Then relax your belly and let it shake. Let your eyes squint with the absurdity of it. They may even leak. This may sound irresponsible. Some ridiculousness is anything but funny. It is horrendous. Unjust. Painful. True. AND much that seems preposterous appears so because it conflicts with a fixed notion or image etched into your mind. Laughter (or in more reserved settings, even a wry grin) can at least momentarily loosen its grip, can let your mind's train jump the track from the deep grooves of thinking habit. A good-humored moment allows you to consider the possibility that the current state of the world, coupled with your disapproval of it, does not constitute a cosmic calamity. If your action IS required to bring about change from some current ridiculousness, this more flexible posture is a much more effective launchpad for it than the brittle stance your laughter has rattled you free from. Sometimes, only with a healthy sense of irony can we reconcile the world's contradictions without falling into one certainty to the exclusion of another. Humor frees the mind from expecting life to conform to our concepts of it or the words we use to refer to and (attempt to) control it. Still working on this...! #humor #acceptance #conflict

Why We Stay silence 😌😌 . The reasons for silence are complex, shaped by our experiences, upbringing, and the world around us. 💯💯Many of us have been taught from a young age that certain emotions aren’t okay to express—anger, frustration, sadness. We’re told to be strong, to suck it up, to move onwithout ever being given the space to feel what we feel. . . So disheartening 💔 So we learn to shut down, to hold everything in, believing that if we can just push our emotions far enough away, things will be fine and better. Meanwhile, deep inside is frustration, loneliness and confusion 💔💔 Have you been living up like this or you feel this part resonate well with you... Enough of the upbringing of keeping the hurtful experiences to YOURSELF.. SPEAK FOR YOURSELF ARISE FOR YOURSELF EMBRACE THE TRUTH STOP DOING IT ALONE STOP SELF PITY ......you can reach out to 08107381099 for more, especially if you need to express yourself well and a freedom in your mind. #speakout #selfimprovement #selfcarematters #mentalwellnessmatters #mentalwellnessjourney #selfpity #lifecoach Light Bearer ✨✨

How to Stop Overthinking About Someone Who Hurt You It’s hard to stop thinking about someone who did you wrong, but it’s important for your peace of mind. Here are 5 easy ways to let go and start feeling better: ✨ 1. Take Deep Breaths When the thoughts come, pause and take slow, deep breaths. Breathe in for 4 seconds, hold it for 4, then breathe out for 6. This calms your mind and body. ✨ 2. Find a Distraction Do something that keeps you busy—whether it’s going for a walk, reading, or cooking. Keeping your mind on something else will help stop the constant thoughts. ✨ 3. Set a Time Limit for Thinking Allow yourself 10-15 minutes a day to think about it, then move on to something else. This way, you're not stuck in an endless loop of overthinking. ✨ 4. Be Kind to Yourself Remind yourself that it’s okay to feel hurt, but don’t be too hard on yourself. Talk to yourself the way you would talk to a friend who is going through the same thing. ✨ 5. Visualize Letting Go Close your eyes and imagine you’re holding a balloon. Visualize the balloon carrying the person away from you. Letting go in your mind can help you let go emotionally. You deserve peace, and you’re strong enough to create it. 🤍 #Healing #LetGo #FindPeace #EmotionalHealing #TakeCareOfYou
