As we move through our busy lives, it’s easy to forget the immense power and wisdom we carry within. We feel like we’re constantly reacting, constantly doing, when what our soul craves is stillness. A moment to remember that everything we need is already here. We are whole. We are enough.💜 Pause for a moment today and consider this: When was the last time you really listened to your body’s whispers before they became screams? 🤔 Our body holds stories, memories, and the deep wisdom that guides us toward healing. 🪷 Yet we often treat it like an afterthought. Maybe today is the day to come back to your center, where all the answers wait patiently.🤷♀️ Find a quiet space, stand tall, and close your eyes. Feel the soles of your feet rooting into the ground beneath you. With each inhale, imagine drawing strength from the earth. With an open mouth audible exhale, release what you no longer have the desire to carry. Repeat for 5 breaths. With each breath, notice the subtle shifts—the grounding, the quiet, the connection. Feel your body remind you of its innate ability to self-regulate and heal. *(If you don’t have a quiet spot: go into the bathroom lock the door.
