I recently hosted the members-only monthly mastermind for Co-Liv. We had a very interesting group of people this time. After the introductions we opened the floor to discuss one topic that's a current challange. Unanimously, the topic was chosen to be "Flex (Hybrid) Living (Coliving) " We then structured it in form of questions so that all of us can contribute easily: - What is flex living according to you? - What technological changes are needed to achieve flex living? - What changes are needed in operations and administration to transition to flex living? - Why do you think flex living is the future?
