Hi Nykaa, I placed my order on 15th Dec, on 17th it was marked as delivered but it was not delivered to me . When I raised the request with your team they gave me a TAT of 3 days and it has been more than 4 days and still I haven’t received any resolution, No refund no product. How long should I wait … your logistics team can’t even track the delivery person. Really disappointed with this kind of service.. Order ID:-NYK-245428137-6686979.
Nykaa My partial order was cancelled by your team & reordered manually by you. That shipment contained one paid product & 2 free products pending from the previous shipment . I received the paid product but not the feee products for which I bought the previous #nykaa & #Kaybeauty products. What the hell is going on? You guys are bloody frauds of what!!! Innumerable follow ups & such a waste of time. Just because you collaborate with ecom giants doesn’t make your service any better. Stop this nonsense.

Hi Nykaa, congratulations on yet another example of your terrible service. My order from 30th November 2024 hasn’t even been dispatched yet. The delivery date of 5th December was casually pushed to 6th December, and still, there’s no update. Your customer support system is a joke. I’ve contacted your team multiple times, but clearly, resolving issues isn’t your priority. This is the second time I’m dealing with such incompetence. I expect my order to be delivered by tomorrow, 5th December 2024, without fail. If not, I’ll escalate this further. Let’s see if that gets your attention.

Most of the items of this order is still undelivered & when she checked the status yesterday it was showing payment was not ready but no one approached us for the order.
