Shouro Dasgupta, PhD, a scientist at the CMCC Foundation, has been selected to join a group of 78 international experts working under the UAE–Belém work programme, part of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). This team has been tasked with developing and refining indicators that measure progress towards the Global Goal on Adaptation (GGA), which focuses on improving climate resilience around the world. 🌱The workshop on capacity building in the framework of the Effective National Adaptation Plan (NAP) Process for Tajikistan funded by the Green Climate Fund (GCF) gathered 16 specialists from the Centre for Climate Change and Ozone Layer Studies of the Hydrometeorological Agency. 👥 Participants comprehensively understood the processes, methods, and tools needed to address climate change challenges and build resilience to its impacts. 💡📝
