Closing a Remarkable Chapter at Loylty Rewardz November’24 marked my last day at Loylty Rewardz as Group Manager - Product Strategy & Solutions. What an incredible journey it has been—filled with learning, collaboration, and growth. In this role, I had the privilege to: 🔹 Pre-Sales: Understand client requirements, conduct impactful demos, design fitting program structures, and deliver detailed ROI analyses to ensure success. 🔹 Collaborate with Sales teams to uncover challenges and provide tailored solutions. 🔹 Partner with the Product team to shape roadmaps, align on development, and cover diverse use cases. 🔹 Work with the Technology team to bring vision to life. This journey has been a masterclass in teamwork and execution. I’ve had the honor to learn from some of the best in the business, and every challenge has been an opportunity to grow. In our journey, we’ve learned the value of celebrating small wins every step of the way.
