It emphasises the importance of understanding, identifying, and measuring our impact on marginalised groups and taking meaningful actions that lead to genuine, sustainable change. 23-29 September is National Inclusion Week. It is good to draw attention to the need for greater inclusion and I applaud Inclusive Employers for organising this. I do however long for the day that inclusion is so much the norm, we don’t need a specific week to draw attention to it.
