Here’s what happened: • 𝗩𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Sam and I flew to Las Vegas to meet Adam Clausen and had some pretty impactful meetings - I am excited to share some updates very soon! • 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 Met with Danny, an expert in connecting family offices with impact projects, along with his partner and a Boxabl owner. • 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 Discussed adding more Las Vegas assets to Fund I with Wilson Ramos and city officials, focusing on acquisitions at minimal cost through master leases, grants, and tax credits. • 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘀 I met with architect Ed Vance about our HALO Community project, which is now a 350+ unit complex. We also consulted with “Bob the Builder” for construction estimates, comparing traditional and Boxabl methods. • 𝗣𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Spent 5+ hours refining our pitch deck to address investor questions and strengthen our offer. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 Stand out, stay proactive, and keep refining. Bold action sets you apart and drives impact.
