Founded in 2008, the New York City chapter of NAIOP represents NYC’s most respected commercial real estate companies and is NAIOP’s fastest growing chapter. The chapter provides members unparalleled industry networking, educational and socially conscience programs and events, in addition to advocating for effective legislation on behalf of the commercial real estate industry members. Our Developing Leaders program is dedicated to providing emerging industry professionals aged 35 and under with programs and educational services that further their growth and business development within the real estate industry.

Join NAIOP NYC for our Annual Holiday Party and Charity Drive drive on Tuesday, December 3rd, where the magic of the Big Apple meets the spirit of giving! This year, we are excited to partner with local charity organization Off The Block. Based in East Harlem, Off the Block curates experiential learning, essential services, and fosters opportunities for youth ages 4-14. The charity organization’s mission is to broaden the horizons and inspire the youth they serve to see and believe in a future they can aspire to and achieve.
