10 tax advantages business owners have that regular 9-5ers never see: Because the biggest wealth gap in America isn't between the rich and poor... It's between business owners and everyone else. Quick heads up first: Don’t take candy from strangers, don’t take tax advice from them either. Get a tax professional & then talk to them before doing anything wild. Now, let’s get into it: 1. The "Write-Off Everything" Strategy Your W-2 friends can't deduct their iPhone bills. For you? Everything becomes a write-off. A $5K trip could become $3.5K after tax savings. 2. The $0 Exit Tax Hack (QSBS) Most people pay 20%+ when they sell investments. With QSBS, you pay $0 on up to $10M. The crazy part? Smart planning can multiply this to $20M, $30M, or $40M tax-free. 3. The Solo 401k Secret Regular folks get a tiny 401k. Business owners? You + spouse can each save $69K/year tax-free. This is how the rich retire wealthy. 4. S-Corp Salary Slash Making $100K+? Here's a tax hack that’ll blow your mind: Set up an S-Corp and split your income as salary and distributions to save on SE tax (15.3%!!). 5.
