We're here at our Iowa properties for half the week. Instead of wondering what the issue was behind the wall, the wonderful maintenance man and I crawled down below the staircase to really get to the bottom of what the issue was. 🛠️ We found very quickly what needed to be fixed and the room next door too would be fixed then and rented soon. You better believe that this fortified a good bond and trust that we will do whatever it takes to find solutions and to show we care by crawling into a dark basement under the staircase. Once upon a time in a bustling city, called St.Louis Missouri, there stood a row of aging multi-family properties, mixed with shingles and different types of flat roofs, weathered by years of rain, snow, and scorching sun. The property owners, faced with the daunting task of roof replacement, were hesitant to embark on such a costly endeavor. The property owners marveled at how the warrantied repairs had not only postponed the need for costly replacements but also enhanced the value and appeal of their properties. Thanks to Ashton’s ingenuity and the power of warrantied repairs, the multi-family properties continued to provide safe and comfortable homes for their residents for years to come, proving that sometimes, a little proactive maintenance can work wonders.
