🌟 Single-Family Homes vs. Multifamily Apartments: A Real-Life Example of Why I Made the Shift 🌟 As a long-time real estate investor, I’ve had my fair share of experiences managing single-family homes. And let me tell you, some of them have been far from smooth. Case in point: a tenant recently complained that their toilet wasn’t working. After sending out a plumber and thoroughly inspecting the situation, we found out that... nothing was wrong. Despite the fix, the tenant continued to complain! It’s frustrating situations like these—where even a non-issue can become a constant source of stress—that highlight the hands-on burden of owning single-family properties.
