Want to learn a trade without the debt or the time it takes to attend college first? Apprenticeships are the way to go!! There are Registered Apprenticeships and those that are not registered. If the apprenticeship contains the 5 components below, Registration is trivial. Many quality apprenticeships don't want to register to avoid oversight, but they are still high quality programs. If you go to this link: https://lnkd.in/gF7fwrAA you can find a list of over 250 apprenticeships in Kansas and that list keeps growing. Work and earn money while you learn! Can't beat that!

Increased Apprenticeship Funding: • Starting from April 1st, the government will fully fund apprenticeships in small businesses by covering the entire cost of training for individuals up to the age of 21. This move is expected to reduce costs and administrative burdens for businesses while creating more opportunities for young people to kick-start their careers. • An additional £60 million in government funding has been allocated for the next year, ensuring that there is sufficient funding to meet the demand for apprenticeships from businesses.
