I had the privilege of attending a fascinating event organized by Unstop in association with The Economic Times, centered around the crucial topic of 'Attract, Assess, and Hire Gen Z'! The keynote speaker, the renowned Devdutt Pattanaik, shared his profound wisdom, emphasizing the need for a paradigm shift in how we approach Gen Z. He astutely pointed out that our relationship with this generation should not be based on "Vivaad" (conflict) but rather on "Samvaad" (alliance). This resonated deeply, as it's essential to build bridges and foster collaboration to unlock the full potential of Gen Z. The event featured two engaging panel discussions, where industry experts and thought leaders shared their valuable insights on understanding Gen Z's unique needs, aspirations, and communication styles. Notably, they discussed how they are actively moulding their organizational policies and strategies to cater to the evolving needs of Gen Z, ensuring a more inclusive, flexible, and supportive work environment. On Tuesday, the team from Sustainable Partners Ltd set off on a transformative journey to the USA. 🇺🇸✈️ 🌉 Our first stop is San Francisco, where we'll be meeting with multiple clients to discuss innovative hiring strategies and partnership agreements. We're also excited to catch up with some of the amazing candidates we've previously placed, seeing firsthand the impact they're making. 🌲 Next, we'll head north to Seattle to engage in discussions on similar themes and visit a client’s site.
