Great tip for optimizing workflows in HubSpot!
This screams for a custom required checkbox property: "I acknowledge that if I break something <insert admin name> is not at fault"
Awesome update. This will prevent the feeling of getting lost in tons of workflows and looking for certain actions in workflows. Segmenting workflows is awesome. User case is to segment all workflows that have send email actions, set as marketing contact actions or the trigger is a form submission. Happy with this one!
See you in 2025 Kyle, thank you for all you do for us consultants and admins, your content is truly gold and you deserve a huge shoutout for your dedication, because without you (and a few others that beat you to it sometimes 🤣) we would have to research it ourselves, so thank you, Merry Christmas to your beautiful family and have a happy new year! Bring on 2025 !
The combination of creating custom workflow properties, requiring said properties on workflow creation and then utilising custom views with filters on said properties is quite possible one of my favourite product updates for 2024. It quite frankly kicks workflow folder's ass when it comes to keeping workflows neat and tidy! 💪🏻
LOVE THIS!!!!! My workflow naming syntax is getting out of hand
My video, as inspiration, on practical use cases for that feature https://www.linkedin.com/posts/jakub-pasik_revops-hubspot-hubspottipsandtricks-activity-7200753859839823873-5xVS Love this feature, Kyle Jepson! Thanks and Happy New Year!
Cool! Would be nice if you can make a 'calculated field' that updates the workflow name. So that it's a concatenation of these fields.
Nice!

2wShoutout to Cameron Collins for bringing this to my attention -- you are the reason the product team pushed this out of beta
