Far be it from me to not follow a trend...I got sucked in then my cynical self took over. Anywho... I tried it. The year in review thingy. The Vibe: Steward, Advocate, Guide. Assessment: Meh, I try to help others when I am able. I will always advocate for our community. Most of us do. So not all that remarkable at all. Superpower: Bridging military experience with workplace transformation. Assessment: Meh. My military experience only moderately impacts what I do now. As for transformation...where I'm at doesn't NEED transformation. I just hope NOT to break it. Top Quote: "The transition to defense...for supporting veterans." Assessment: Accurate. Glad to be where I am because of what we do and who I support. Stats (do they REALLY matter? Dunno...) ***What I AM truly grateful for in 2024 is that I posted daily 2/3 of the time while able to grow and build friendships and relationships through it.*** To me, THAT is what matters. Veteran community...man, y'all weird AF at times. I wouldn't have it any other way.

You got game my friend. Though I'm disappointed that 'wisdom factory' did not pop up on your vibe...

Stats are OK, but adhering tightly to metrics may skew one's ability to SEE THE FOREST FOR THE TREES.

I used a different year in review recap. Might have to try this one just for myself to see what it says about me. Keep being awesome. You are making an impact.

Gary it happens to the best of us. Don't get wrapped around the stats. How do you feel about what you've contributed? Your self-reflection and where you go from there matter most. All else, including stats....will follow. Happy New Year!
