⚽We have some big news today: Flix is officially a new partner of UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League.   🚍From today on, and covering the next three seasons, Flix is partnering with UEFA’s two tournaments to help promote more sustainable and collective transport in Europe.    This is a major milestone for us, and we are excited to bring this partnership to all the fans in the competitions. It is a new way for us to connect with our customers and give them new experiences.   🏆Football has created some incredible moments for many of us, and it is a fantastic way of bringing people together and sharing these magical evenings.   💚We want to use the partnership to raise awareness of sustainable, collective travel across various touchpoints, from advertising and stadium visibility to fan-driven promotions, including raffles, discounts for rides to the stadium, and more.    Some sharp eyes probably saw the first FlixBus banner on the stadium yesterday, and a lot more is to come in the upcoming games.   🎉We already can’t wait to share more about all the plans we have to boost the fan experiences while promoting more sustainable travel options across Europe.    #UEFA #Sustainabletravel #football

Bom dia. Tudo bem? Registrei uma reclamação a respeito de uma viagem que fiz pela Flixbus e não obtive retorno por quase um ano, recentemente registrei novamente a reclamação no site Reclame Aqui e obtive uma resposta satisfatória que seria a solução do caso, porém não obtive mais retorno e não consegui o reembolso que foi prometido novamente. A Reclamação foi encerrada pela empresa e continuo sem resolver meu problema que se desenrola por quase um ano com diversas reclamações já registradas. Currently experiencing a disturbing situation on my FlixBus journey. The driver just tried to force me off the bus, demanding I take a train or cab instead, simply because I was talking on my phone. He even insisted I leave my phone on the front deck if I wanted to stay. This feels like outright discrimination, and I can’t ignore the racial bias in this treatment. Flix this is completely unacceptable – I expect you to address this behavior and ensure respectful treatment for all passengers.

I would like to solve a problem I had on a trip, bad experience. I registered a complaint and was promised a refund of the amount paid, but to date I continue to be ignored and without the promised refund

you need to train your Flix Bus drivers to not use mobile phones whilst driving, to not talk about bombs blowing up the buses, to not be racist, to not seperate parents from families.
