Business leaders are only just beginning to realise how much they need to understand, strategise and manage their access to talent in a global world where everyone wants the same skills. To do this effectively, they need data - internal data, ATS data and labour market data. Only by doing this can organisations start to think about access to human capital in the same way that they think about access to financial capital - after all, both are important to delivering business success.
