Stratigens from @Talent Intuition and Luminos Insight Ltd recently collaborated on a project to support a client considering setting up a new business unit in Egypt. Using its award winning software, Stratigens from @Talent Intuition had been working with the client to provide labour market and location data, uncovering in depth information relating to the relevant talent pools within the Egyptian market. The client wanted to layer this with people driven insight and some sentiment analysis in order to better understand the motivations of the talent pool in the region, as well as to understand best practice competitor strategies, so that they could best position themselves to attract top talent.
