The topic of #CSR has been around our team a lot recently. But why is it important in #Recruitment? Well, think of it this way: People want to work for companies that do good things. When a company cares about the planet, its community, and its employees, it's more attractive to job seekers. It's like choosing a friend who shares your #values. How can you bring CSR into your hiring? ✨#Show it off: Let people know what your company does for its employees and for the world. Talk about your benefits, volunteer programs, eco-friendly practices, or donations to charities. 🤔Don't underestimate the personal value systems: When you're interviewing someone, ask them about their thoughts on social responsibility. Have they volunteered before? What are their values? Statistics clearly show that with consistent leadership, #purpose-driven employees stay, give great ideas, and drive the business and the profit forward. 🐕Offer #volunteer opportunities or partner with social organizations: Give your employees a chance to give back to the community. This shows that you value their time and care about making a difference. Let them choose the cause they want to support. This way you will also meet them better. 📈#Communicate openly: from your website to your interviewing process, your onboarding and your Q meetings: your people should know what do you care about. You can also measure your impact and achievements and discuss it with them. ⚠️Remember: Hiring people who share your values can create a happier, more motivated team.
