I'm seeking advice from my experienced connections on a career transition challenge. With a background in Restaurant Management, including roles as Manager, General Manager, and Director, I am now transitioning to the Technology industry, focusing on entry to associate level restaurant point of sale technical support. I've faced rejections due to job titles/experience on my resume being to advanced for the positions that I am applying for. I have omitted some of my work history, even though the duties and accomplishments would be relevant just to stay within the recommended two pages.
