Brenee Brown " “Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. .” The question is what is the story that you will create? Half the year is already over. It seems like such a long time ago, we were celebrating the first day of the new year. However, that goal that you made in those early days may now be sitting on the paper that it was written on or on the digital platform that you used. You maybe tired and feel like you are going nowhere. What is smallest step that you can take today to get moving towards that goal? What is stopping you? Is it fear? Is it time? Is it the size of the goal? I urge you find the first smallest step and go from there. Cheering you on! What first step are you going to take today? Comment below. ⬇ --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am Dr. Nicole Perrotte and I help support physicians who are overwhelmed and burned out reclaim their schedule ( time, autonomy and flexibility).

At RTX we’re focused on the health of our community — both at work and home — in the day-to-day and when faced with the unexpected. We’re thinking about health care as the two components that define it: prevention and care when you need it. We know that prevention and healthy habits can catch or stop health issues early before they become bigger or more costly. But, prevention is more than just annual checkups and screenings. It's the good health practices of knowing your health status, doing routine maintenance and actively working to improve your health, just as we do with the systems we build at #RTX. We offer our employees robust plans to cover them if they are unwell or have a serious medical condition. But we’re encouraging our employees to be proactive — and we offer them resources to help them do that. Find out more here: https://lnkd.in/erPHqYEZ I encourage you to join me in focusing on prevention and making time for annual checkups. I just scheduled my mammogram and have my second dental checkup this year scheduled for November. Have you done yours? #prevention #HealthyYou #mammogram #brushyourteeth

Month end is upon us once again. and this time to wave goodbye to the first quarter of 2024. Make sure you do your March month end review and get yourself ready for April. Three key questions to ask yourself: What went well? What did not go so well? How are you feeling?

Shortly after taking this photo at the weekend, when we were doing our best impression of trying to be The Cranfields and not Athena Stonecare Ltd. Dave turned to me and said "Happy New Year". It had completely slipped my mind that among the madness of March we had just signed off on our last job of our Financial Year. There's never enough time to stop and reflect on this when you run your own business. You are already setting up for the next project or putting strategy and plans in place for the next phase of growth. All whilst keep the daily plates spinning, anticipating the questions of clients and ensuring the team have the systems, information, skills and training needed for their jobs. But taking that moment to celebrate the wins is really important - and usually overlooked. Each month I report on our KPIs in order that we can look for improvements in in our services, processes and communications. The mindset going into it is usually negative. The funny thing is that once you start listing the positives, learnings and triumphs of the year, it is hard to stop. The victories have a habit of going under the radar and not getting the recognition they deserve. That YOU deserve! So Happy New Year to everyone who shares our Financial Year. I challenge you to just spend a few minutes thinking of 5 wins from last year - then let me know if it was hard to stop at 5! #april #newfinancialyear #newyear #smallbusiness #familybusiness

🎄 The holiday season is here, and Santa’s got his work cut out! 🎅 He’s got a naughty and nice list as long as a freight train and needs to figure out: - Where to start? - Which house to visit first? - How to avoid unnecessary stops (those cookie-and-milk breaks can really add up)! Now, imagine Santa fumbling through all this without a plan... chaos, right? 😅 But with Uffizio’s Job Module, even Santa could nail his deliveries: 🎯 Plan every stop and optimize his route. ⏰ Set clear timelines for each visit. 🚨 Get notified if something goes off-track (or if Rudolph takes an unscheduled snack break). 📍 Track progress in real-time and finish all deliveries before the clock strikes midnight! With all of this and more Santa could breeze through his deliveries, ensuring every gift lands under the right tree—no stress, no mess! So, whether you’re managing deliveries or service jobs this season, let Uffizio help you deliver joy, just like Santa (but smarter)! 🎅✨ https://lnkd.in/dBhgV79m
