Huge congratulations to James Kaikis being listed in Pavilion's top 50 CROs to watch. James has completely transformed TestBox in just the last 9 months. Under his leadership we've: - Defined a new way of delivering customer value under a unified GTM motion. As the leader of the function he owns, Marketing, Sales, Solutions, Value Realization and Implementation. This is no small feat. He has created a unified experience internally and externally with our customers where there are no handoffs and no throwing things over the wall. Instead, every single function is aligned with the same message and same outcomes to drive towards. - James doesn't let things sit. He's provocative in a productive way. Look at his LinkedIn where he has frequently called out the Solutions Engineering profession and their need to evolve to get a seat at the table. He doesn't just say what is wrong, he provides suggestions and input to help others. - We've 4x both the business and the GTM org in the last six months - We jokingly call him BDR of the year, he has brought in a large number of all our most promising prospects - He has his fingerprints on everything we do. Whether that's our marketing messaging, our sales playbooks, or value realization. He's able to deliver across the board consistently. - I've also worked in places where people work hard, damn hard, and James is up there with the best of them. He holds accountability as a true value of his and never lets it go. - He's gone on quite the journey to get fairly technical on our product and understand things that are not easy. I'm proud to have him as our GTM leader.

I'm humbled to be nominated by Pavilion as a Top 50 CRO to watch for the second year in a row! Being a revenue leader is a never-ending journey. We're constantly building, hitting one quota and moving on to the next, and leveraging our past experiences, intuition, and creativity to tackle situations that many of us haven't faced before. It's a life of constant change and whiplash, and we're tasked with making it repeatable and predictable. Thriving in it takes a few things: 🤝 Building Trust: Whether it's with customers, teammates, investors, or partners, trust is the foundation of everything we do. It means delivering on promises, fostering transparency, and aligning on shared goals—because when trust is built, growth follows. 🏔 Embracing Resilience: Revenue leadership comes with its share of highs and lows. The ability to stay focused, adapt, and keep moving forward—despite the unknowns—is key to long-term success and sanity. 👊 Having a Tribe: I'm fortunate to learn from and be surrounded by incredible revenue leaders like Leslie Greenwood, Stephanie Valenti, Samantha McKenna, Neil W., Mike Merrill ☁️, Jason Keever, Jim Ciortan, Stevie Case, Ryan Longfield, Rob Joyner, Randi-Sue Deckard 🔬, Tiffany Gonzalez, Andrew Hahn, 🐶 Jacco van der Kooij, 🏄♂️ Scott Leese, Snowflake Rosen, Bijay Alex Mathew, Ryan Phillips, and so many others. And a special thanks to Sam Jacobs, Kathleen Booth, and the rest of the Pavilion team for creating a community where these relationships can thrive. Most importantly, I'm thankful for the tribe I get to serve at Osano - the support from our cofounders Arlo and Scott, our exec team - Ryan, Rachael, Joe, Skye, Dru, Brian, GTM leadership team - Jake, Caitlin, Caroline, Joshua, Julie, Caitlin, Chris, Audrey, our investors, and the entire company - we all own revenue :). Hope to see you all at Pavilion’s GTM2024 in just a few weeks!

That’s a powerful quote! It encapsulates the essence of leadership as a service to others rather than a focus on oneself. It’s a great reminder for leaders to approach every interaction with a mindset of empathy, support, and empowerment. “Leadership is not about me; it’s about them. Each day, before a team meeting or a one-on-one, remind yourself of this truth. Just as Alan Mulally led Ford through a transformative turnaround with a focus on team collaboration and clear communication, true leadership revolves around understanding, supporting, and elevating others. By keeping the focus on your team’s needs and growth, you set the stage for authentic connection and impactful leadership.”
