Are you suffering with a pinching sensation in your hip? If so this is often an indication of hip impingement where there is abnormal contact between the bones of the hip joint during certain movements. This abnormal contact can lead to pain, limited range of motion, and may contribute to hip joint damage over time. To help alleviate this pinching sensation a banded distraction can often help. It must be noted that hip impingement is often a result of a strength imbalance particularly at the glutes which will need to be addressed too.
