When I set a goal of 5k followers at the beginning of the year, my friends laughed Well, I was at 600+ so they had every right to laugh 😂 I got to 2000 followers in September, so it's not too late to start I'll not drop 5000 lessons, I'll drop just 5 1. Believe in yourself first - No one will cheer louder for you than you. 2. Kindness goes a long way. - A small act of encouragement can change someone’s day. 3. Celebrate others - Keep clapping for others till it is your turn 4. Show up even when it’s hard - that's how you'll build momentum. 5. Take risks. Growth happens outside your comfort zone. To everyone who has supported me, thank you for being part of this journey. P.S. What’s the biggest lesson LinkedIn has taught you?

Why Not LEAN IN A Bit Longer? There's so much reward in perseverance and being resilient. I have experienced disappointments and failures in the process of growth and trying new things. But in all, what I can guarantee you is that the results are worth it if you persist. ✅ Yes it might be tiring. ✅ Of course it's very frustrating and disappointing. ✅ I know you don't want to explain without evidence. My dear friend, can exercise a little bit of patience? 🤗Reflect on why you have started. 🤗See how far you have come. 🙂Will quitting give or get you the result you desire? Why not LEAN IN a bit longer and reap your reward in full measure? So You Won't Explain Without Evidence. Thank you for deciding to persist. I await your testimony. 😁 Have a Nice Day. I'm Alade Abass. For you, Success Is A Must. That's Why I Am Here.

Why do we get annoyed? One of the main causes of our irritation is mirror irritation or REFLECTIONS. That happens when we see traits in others that are peculiar to us. At the same time, we may not even notice these traits in ourselves, or vehemently deny them, especially if they confront our core beliefs or stereotypes. FAILED EXPECTATIONS. Despite the fact that our expectations of a person are no more than our illusions (after all, we invented what the other person should be), many people vent on the object of their expectations. If you begin to analyze your irritation through these two points, its level in respect to others will decrease significantly, and your life will turn to joy! ,Stay tuned for more in the next article! 📚⭐️ 💡 Next day, there's a lot more interesting and useful information waiting for you. They love to get me to sit and talk! So that I did! 💜 I share my favorite moments, what keeps me going, my strategy in developing my team and my response to the ever popular question: what advice would you give to someone wanting to get into the event industry. This year has been nothing short of a major blessing - the yeses, the nos, the not quite yet. The successes, the fail forwards. The anxiety inducing moments, the overwhelmingly joyous moments that brought tears. I won’t trade any of it! I even had my most “viral” post on LinkedIn this year, still 🤯 about that! Speaking your truth has value. Holding your boundaries has value. Knowing who you are has value. Honouring who is responsible for it all brings more value! 🙏🏾 Thank you to everyone who has left a comment, shared my posts, shared their feedback when we met up in person and very importantly, those who invested in my services. 😃 Things are baking at TCJ Events and I can’t wait to share. For 2025, I wish you everything you wish for yourself and then some (in case those dreams are too small! 😊) Love and light! 💜

I saw my LinkedIn Rewind today thanks to stumbling upon Coauthor because of Ashley Coghill 🛼! Numbers caught my eye: 11,470 connections. 130 posts. 6,499 reactions. And special shoutout to those 11k+ who tune in to my journey as a Latino with a disability navigating tech. But numbers only tell part of the story. Living with a physical disability taught me to see patterns others might miss. It shaped how I solve problems. It changed how I measure success. This year showed me something unexpected: Our perceived limitations often become our greatest teachers. Those moments when we feel most different? They're actually our superpowers in disguise. They help us spot solutions others might miss. They teach us to build bridges instead of walls. They show us that strength isn't about individual victories. It's about the quiet moments. The vulnerable conversations. The times we turn our challenges into pathways for others. That's the real story of 2024. Not the metrics or milestones. But the moments when someone else discovered their own strength. Because they saw their difference as a gift. Thank you to every person who shared their story this year. You taught me that success isn't about rising alone. It's about seeing challenges through new eyes. And helping others do the same.

What do you see when you look in the mirror? Do you see the reflection of perfection made through inspection and correction from God’s hands? Or Do you see the deception of imperfection planted by the devil wanting to intercept your journey in reaching your full potential? Who do you see in the mirror? The child who was full of life, ambition, spontaneity, beauty, potential, and enthusiasm? Or Do you see the child who was told by their parents, teachers, or “friend” that he or she is an idiot, worthless, ignorant, useless, ugly, or will never amount to anything above mediocre? Who do you see? Because you decide who you see, only you can say “I” when prescribing words to your identity; nobody else. You are who you say you are, Not who they say you are. Stay tuned for more in the next article! 📚⭐️ 💡 Next day, there's a lot more interesting and useful information waiting for you. Thank you for the support! Just 41 more followers to go. Grateful to everyone who has followed me so far! 🙌🎉 To my current followers and those who will be following me soon: I am only 41 followers away from reaching 150 followers. Once I hit that milestone, I’ll be able to launch my podcast and share the videos I’ve prepared for a long time. These videos aim to engage your mind and provide valuable content. Now, I’m contemplating whether to transition from a public group to a private one. Let’s break down my current follower demographics: Aapproximately 15% of you are attorneys, while about 35% of you are CEOs or founders of multi-national companies. You are engineers, attorneys, paralegals, CEO’s, CFO,s of small to mid-sized institutions. You are law professors and genetics psychiatrists, and Psychologists, and professors in various different Institutional Organizations. What brought you all here, is your interest in diverse, cerebral, cutting edge topics that are current to our times. And that is what all of you have incommon, no matter what path of life did you endure to get here. I appreciate you all and happy to share this Gnosis with you. Your feedback matters, so feel free to share your thoughts! 🇺🇸

I haven’t been on LinkedIn much lately. I’ve been taking some much-needed time for myself after a challenging period. In the span of 11 months in 2023, I was involved in two major car accidents and underwent a hysterectomy surgery. These events left me with traumatic brain injuries (TBI), spine injuries, and a lot of mental health issues. Throughout 2023, I kept pushing through, convinced that I was okay. But as 2024 began, I realized I was in denial about the extent of my struggles. It became clear that I needed to step back and focus on my healing and recovery. During this time, my amazing team stepped in to take over. Their kindness, compassion, and understanding reminded me of the incredible power of community. They didn’t just fill in for me—they provided me with the time and space I needed to heal. Their small acts of support made a significant impact on my journey to recovery. Here are a few lessons I’ve learned from this experience: 1. Acknowledging Vulnerability: It's okay to admit when we are not okay. Recognizing our own struggles is the first step towards healing. 2. The Power of Community: We often underestimate the strength we draw from those around us. My team’s support has been a testament to how collective compassion can help us through tough times. 3. Self-Care is Essential: Taking time to heal, both physically and mentally, is crucial. It’s not a sign of weakness but a necessary part of recovery. 4. Gratitude: I am incredibly grateful for my team. Their unwavering support has shown me the importance of having a strong, caring network. To anyone going through a tough time, remember that it’s okay to take a step back and focus on yourself. Reach out to your community and lean on them when needed. We are stronger together. Thank you to everyone, especially my tribe Mehraj Sofi, Varsha Kaushal, and Keval Savani, who have supported me through this journey. Your kindness has made all the difference. This is to coming back, slowly 🤍
