Experiences like this are exactly why we love our jobs! 🥰 Our teams at every office LOVE working with people, and we are so appreciative of reviews that let us know that this is shining through. They've never been up our behinds about anything as we have not created any cause for issues, and they were relatively prompt in getting us new housing, giving us all our options and allowing for immediate viewing of them. I'm really writing this review because Miss Tiara was such a splendid help throughout all the stress and the hiccups along the way. She really assisted us patiently through these tough times and always had such a pleasant demeanor in all our interactions, on the phone and in person. She's a complete asset to the company, and deserves everything and more from them for all she gives to the work she does. She takes great pride in it and that's such a rarity these days. Truly a beacon of light in turbulent times for us! Thank you so much!!"

The time that Charley and Frances become wedding crashers…🌀 In September 2004, amidst hurricane season, a Whitehall, Pennsylvania couple planned to get married in Florida. But their wedding dreams were dashed not once, but twice, by Hurricanes Charley and Frances. Hearing about the couple's unfortunate circumstances, a Fort Lauderdale hotel stepped in to help. The hotel threw the couple an all-expenses paid beach wedding for their closest friends and family. They also included a honeymoon suite. I was in attendance, alongside about a dozen local and national news outlets. This was my first taste of hotel PR and a story going viral. I was instantly hooked. Lessons in PR: Always look for the silver lining. Adversity can unveil opportunities to showcase your brand's values and earn widespread attention. Seize unexpected moments to tell your story. It might just capture the hearts of many. P.S. Hurricane Ivan also threatened the couple’s wedding plans but, luckily, third time’s a charm. What unexpected event turned into a PR opportunity for you? #PRStrategy #BrandStorytelling #CrisisManagement #ViralMoments #PublicRelations

It’s 10 PM, you’re just about to drift off when you hear it —a faint tap. Then again. And again. Your mind races. No, it’s not the faucet… it’s your roof. A leak. Tonight, a bucket might do the job. But with hurricane season around the corner, you need a real fix. What do you do? You grab your phone. You search: “roofer near me.” Do you scroll to the bottom of the results? No way. You click one of the top 3 local results. Why? Because the top 3 listings (yes the map results) get 126% more traffic than anything below them. This isn’t a problem for next week —it’s a problem now. As someone in need of a fix, you’re ready to spend money for a solution. And here’s the thing: 80% of local searches lead to a conversion within a day. That’s right, today. You quickly scan the reviews. Your neighbors have already vouched for them, sharing their real experiences. That’s why 68% of searchers trust the listings in the local 3-Pack. The tap, tap, tap won’t let you sleep tonight. But you will soon. Because a trusted roofer... with great reviews... who’s easy to contact... is already on your radar. This is just one scenario. But with over 1.5 billion “near me” searches every month, someone is looking for your business right now. Just like you, they have a problem, and they need a local, trusted solution. Are you there? In the map? In the top 3? With all the info they need and the reviews to back it up? If not, I’ll make sure you are. Dm me "I want to be in the top 3" and let's get your business ready to buy customers. 📷 yes, this is my actual ceiling. Luckily, my fiance said she couldn't sleep in the room with the constant tapping. The ceiling fell on our bed a few minutes later.

Life is full of challenges. You may enjoy a summer full of sunshine and sea breezes, only to cap off the season facing a powerful hurricane. Our community continues to recover in the aftermath of Helene, and time will tell if we have to do this again soon. As a business owner in Tampa, Sarasota, or elsewhere in Southwest Tampa, you may have faced this challenge more than once. If you have given thought to selling your business before the end of the year, you might think this is a setback. Here's what you need to do: 1) Take a deep breath. Acknowledge that you can't control things like severe weather. 2) Check up on those around you. Your safety and that of your family and employees is paramount in times like these. 3) Assess the state of your business. Is there damage to your physical store? Are you missing inventory? Were there connectivity issues with your website during the storm? Get all the facts before you plan repairs. 4) Connect with your insurance to determine the next steps in repairing damage, if it's necessary. 5) Plan ahead for next time. In Florida, that's almost a guarantee! The next hurricane or severe storm may be on its way, or we may not see another one for a few years. Nonetheless, it's important to safeguard your property. 6) Be transparent when it is time to sell. A serious buyer may ask questions about what you've done to protect your business, and may be more confident to buy from a conscientious owner. Take care yourselves out there. Stay dry! #rebuilding #planning

“Nothing too good or too bad lasts too long” — that’s one of my favorite sayings as shared with me many times by my father-in-law. The past two weeks have been full of challenges, travel, disruption, and successes. The devastation from Hurricane Helene continues to be revealed. The longshoreman strike, though short-lived, also continues to have an impact. How do you handle “tough times”? As shared in the movie The Long Game, it’s usually best to focus on the flag. In golf, whether you’re in the bunker, the rough, or the fairway, you always look to the flag. In life, that flag symbolizes what drives you, what keeps you centered. For me, that flag is family and faith. Those are at the root of my guiding principles, and because of them, I pursue excellence in everything I do. Excellence means building relationships based on trust, so I can offer solutions that truly meet the needs of others; especially in challenging times. In sales, and in life, the distractions and disruptions will always be there. But when you’re grounded in something bigger, when your flag is clear, you can push through. What’s your flag? And how does it shape the way you handle adversity? #Resilience #FaithAndFamily #SalesExcellence #TrustedSolutions #StayTheCourse #BusinessChallenges #FocusOnTheFlag

Trying to travel in a hurricane is wild. After 5 cancelled flights, a random flight opened up seats and I have landed in Washington D.C. Not where I need to be but now I can be in both Nashville and ATL when I’m supposed to be. Stay safe FL and I’ll see you in a few days. …….. In other news Nashville and ATL (prettty sure my trip will get extended), here is the offer I love to present to businesses when I travel to different areas. 1. If you want to start a business but have no where to start? I would love to meet you and see if my company could be a good fit to help you launch through our SCaaS process. 2. If you’re an existing company and looking for our team to do a FREE performance audit, let’s meet up as well. Big or small we are here to provide extreme value as that non biased, puss or piece that just fits right in with out any disturbance. This isn't how I planned it. I came off a major high seeing dear business colleagues, new connections, and members who are now family in my mastermind at a live event in Austin last week. It was an exceptional time of reconnection, growth and development. I traveled home full of encouragement, riding the high of excitement and looked forward to diving in to plan out my 2025 and adjust Q4 execution. This #FreedomFriday post isn't what I planned on. I came home to mad chaos preparing for Hurricane Milton to come directly our way. In the aftermath of Milton, millions are without power (or at least were), so many have lost their homes, roads to their homes are no longer there(see the pic below), and lives have been lost. Why such a morbid post, you ask? Because in light of everything that has just happened, there is still much to be thankful for. I still get to choose how I approach the rebuilding of our community. With positivity or with a defeated outlook. I get to decide where I place my joy - in my family and friends who are still with me or in sorrow for things lost that can be replaced. I still get to find people every single day to help. I still get go breathe in the air, wake up each day, and decide how I'm going to show up in the world. Don't let moments like this make you go right back to normal. Do a pulse check and see what adjustments need to be made. #Freedomfriday for me - today - is about choosing to focus on the proper outlook to be sure that my future is still bright. How about you?

🌀PSA: If you’re in a sales or marketing role and your target company is in the path of Hurricane Milton, it’s okay to still reach out… 🌀What you should do: offer support and be a sounding board for their needs. We’re all human. Even business relationships can strengthen in known hardships so long as Empathy leads the way. Likewise, if the tables turn they more than likely will be there for you, too. 🌀What you shouldn’t do: Start or continue an aggressive outreach campaign. If you do, a once interested contact you need might ghost you (and your company) for years to come. Not an ideal place to be. ✅Place everyday outreach on pause ✅Do the right thing ✅Lead with Empathy Come back in a few weeks to a couple months all depending where the company is post hurricane. Happy Hunting Folks!

Welp this is not the week I was expecting. He who shall not be named has my anxiety through the roof and dealt with a pretty scary event yesterday that thankfully is resolving today. (If you didn't know, I'm in Orlando, FL and we have a monster storm on the way.) What I'm grateful for.... Past me who worked ahead on so many things, that it's really only small details and projects I need to focus on these next two days. Namely, my virtual event going live next week, Prep for Wave Week. I'm nervous that power and/or wifi will go out for maybe a few hours, maybe a few days. Regardless, the work will be done, so I don't have an added stress on my plate. I even pre-recorded my session for the Travefy Sales Workshop tomorrow 🙏 This is my long way of updating you on what's going in my world and asking for all the prayers and good juju that everything goes as well as it can the next couple of days. And also my very humble request that 1- if you are a travel pro that hasn't registered yet for Prep for Wave Week, do that sooner than later and 2- if you're in the travel industry and are able to share the event with your community, organization, or publication, please do so, as I may unfortunately be out of commission for a few days. Any support would be much appreciated as I handle production on the backend and prep for the hurricane in the next 24 hours 💜 https://lnkd.in/gPc7KqCH
